Ondřej VYBÍHAL

Ondřej is a graduate of the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague.
Since high school, Ondřej has participated in competitions in foreign languages and numerous language courses abroad. In addition to language exchanges at the Lycée Saint Martin in Rennes, France, he also studied a year of high school at the l'Institut de la Sainte-Union de Kain in Belgium. Participation in the simulation of UN international at the Prague Student Summit further developed his interest in international matters, where he represented the Republic of South Africa in the Human Rights Council.
To enrich his knowledge of French he participated on an exchange program in Paris at the Université Panthéon-Assas, Paris II. During his studies at the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague and then as part of his internship, Ondřej worked in several national and international law firms in Prague and placed in the Essay Competition organized by the law firm Squire Patton Boggs s.r.o. with his work on the assignment of receivables.
In his practice, he has focused on various areas of law with focus on real estate and corporate law. Later with focus on civil litigation and advising companies in their day-to-day operations.
Ondřej has been working at the law firm KOUBÍKOVÁ LEGAL since June 2021 and is engaged in general practice in cross-border cases, especially in civil law, commercial matters, family law, mainly in cases with an international element.
In addition to the Czech language, Ondřej is fluent in English and French and he also has knowledge of German and Spanish.
