Andrea KOLESÁROVÁ

Andrea studied law at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. She spent two years at Université de Toulouse in France, first studying European law under the Erasmus programme and then completing a Master 1 programme specialising in European and international law.
During her traineeship to qualify as an attorney-at-law, she completed a placement at a law firm in Paris, where she worked on corporate matters and gained experience of civil and commercial court proceedings in France. She then completed an LL.M. at Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne, focusing on French and European law, in particular contract law and company law. She concluded her studies with an internship at the Commercial Section of the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Paris.
Andrea is a senior attorney-at-law at KOUBÍKOVÁ LEGAL and heads the Family Law Department. She handles a full range of family law matters, including divorce, arrangements concerning parents and children, parental responsibility, the care of minor children, maintenance obligations and related property issues. She represents clients before the courts and specialises in family law matters with an international element, including cross-border disputes concerning the care of minor children.
In addition to family law, she focuses on civil, commercial and corporate law, in particular contractual work, business relationships and issues relating to the functioning of companies. In this area she also draws on her experience at an investment company managing funds for qualified investors, where she dealt with corporate law, compliance and capital markets law.
Andrea provides legal services to Czech and international clients in Czech, French and English. She also speaks German.
