Andrea graduated from the Law Faculty of the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen. During her studies, she spent two years at the University of Toulouse in France within the ERASMUS program, where she first completed a course focused on the European law, then continued on to a Master 1 degree specialised in European and International Law. After completing her studies, she started working as a trainee lawyer at a law firm in Prague, where she focused on general practice.

During her traineeship, thanks to the Leonardo da Vinci program, she had the opportunity to practice law at a law firm in Paris, where she dealt with cases related to corporate agenda and deepened her knowledge about civil and commercial court proceedings. She then decided to continue her education with a postgraduate LL.M. degree at the Sorbonne University in Paris. With the studies being dedicated to French and European law, she got acquainted with the French legal system and gained insight into French contract law and corporate law. She completed her postgraduate studies with an internship at the business section of the Czech Embassy in Paris.

After passing her bar exam, she worked as an attorney specializing in real estate law. She then worked at an investment company managing qualified investor funds, acquiring further experience in corporate law, compliance, and capital market law.

Andrea combined her previous experiences and language skills by establishing a permanent cooperation with KOUBÍKOVÁ LEGAL, where she has been working since 2023, focusing on general practice in cases with an international element.

Andrea speaks Czech, French, English, and German.
