Faustine is an intern at KOUBÍKOVÁ LEGAL.

She holds a Master’s degree in Business Law, specializing in Digital Law, as well as a diploma in Restructuring Distressed Businesses. Through her studies, Faustine has acquired solid knowledge in various areas of law, including contract law, civil law, consumer law, corporate law, and intellectual property law.

In addition to her studies, Faustine has actively participated in several public speaking competitions in France, which has allowed her to improve her argumentation skills and eloquence. For her thesis, she conducted an in-depth study on the phenomenon of fake online reviews, examining their economic impacts on the digital reputation of businesses. This research focused on analyzing the legal tools available to combat these unfair practices while addressing crucial issues related to freedom of expression and competition protection.

Before joining the team at KOUBÍKOVÁ LEGAL, Faustine worked for a year as a legal advisor in a law firm in France, where she was responsible for drafting various legal documents. She also conducted thorough research to support complex cases, providing detailed advice and tailored solutions to meet clients' needs.

At KOUBÍKOVÁ LEGAL, Faustine supports the team of lawyers by performing various legal research tasks. She is also eager to practice drafting legal documents for different cases while taking advantage of the diversity of services offered by the firm to deepen her knowledge and interests in the field of law.
